Hosted by Bill & Sandy Hutchman (Ogilvie Family)

An informal evening to reconnect and settle in.
Pizza, appetizers, refreshments, and time to visit.

The Cooper–Ogilvie Golf Outing at the East Liverpool Country Club

Choose 9 holes or 18 holes. All skill levels welcome. Pay at the golf shop when you arrive.

A Walk Through Our Roots
Stories and Generations of the Cooper and Ogilvie Families
Museum of Ceramics – Presentation Hall

We are grateful to Megan Coil, Director of the Museum of Ceramics and a member of our own Hutchman–Ogilvie family, for graciously hosting this event and opening the Museum's Presentation Hall to our family for the afternoon.

A visual and storytelling experience exploring the history of the Cooper family, the history of the Ogilvie family, and the moments that brought our two families together.

First Fridays on Fifth
Cooper–Ogilvie Family Gathering Tent
Downtown East Liverpool

Live music, food, and downtown celebration.
Our private tent will serve as the family home base for the evening.

Saturday | July 4, 2:00 PM – Late Evening

The Big Fourth of July Family Reunion

Hosted at Drew and Tamar Cooper’s Home

The main gathering of the weekend as we come together to celebrate family and the Fourth of July during America’s 250th anniversary year.

An afternoon and evening of:

• Pool party

• Yard games

• Fourth of July cookout

• Visiting and relaxing together

The day concludes with a Fourth of July fireworks celebration.

Sunday | July 5, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Farewell Brunch at The  Fresh Cafe
Downtown East Liverpool at the True North Headquarters on 5th Street.

A relaxed close to the weekend—goodbyes, hugs, and safe travels.
